The Epic E1000 – a single-engine, six-seat, turboprop light aircraft – has been manufactured with precision by Epic Aircraft of Bend, Oregon. Built upon the popular kit-built Epic LT, this air-craft shines with its cantilever low-wing design, a pressurized cabin with an airstair door, retractable tricycle landing gear and a powerful 1,825 hp (1,361 kw) Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6-67A turboprop engine, de-rated to 1,200 hp (895 kW) in tractor configuration.
